Ivar Rekve
My name is Ivar Rekve and I work and live in Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain. I offer consulting services ranging from web development to general consulting services related to foreign businesses wanting to do business in Galicia Spain. I speak Spanish, Norwegian, English and understand Galego.

More about me and my experience
I graduated from Washington State University (WSU) with an MBA in May 1999. Previous experience includes teaching and Management Information Systems (MIS) class at Washington State University as well as acting as a teaching assistant for five different MIS courses. I also have experience with both user support and software development projects through internships in Norway.
I have worked at Colorado State University as an “Instructional Design and Technology Specialist”. Here my responsibilities were to develop distance classes that were delivered on the web to student all over the United States. My job required me to be both a web developer, producer (for faculty recording lectures in the recording studio) and as a technical resource for faculty at Colorado State University. In addition to the responsibilities listed above, I acted as WebCT administrator for 1100 WebCT courses with more than 20.000 students logging in every day. This included responsibilities such as user support and daily maintenance.
Previously I worked for Deloitte Consulting on different projects in the western region of the United States as well as Canada. Client that I had the privilege of working for are Palm (Santa Clara, California), Nortel Networks (Calgary, Canada), Comergent (Foster City, California), and Philips Semiconductors (Sunnyvale, California).
While working for Deloitte consulting I got experience in web development, as Technical Lead on a project and valuable client experience.
